I Tried Gordon Ramsay's Famous Chicken Cacciatore, and It's Wildly Easy

I Tried Gordon Ramsay's Famous Chicken Cacciatore, and It's Wildly Easy Next on your list of basic dishes to master should be Gordon Ramsay's chicken cacciatore, a visually stunning entree of chicken breast in a light tomato sauce with onions, olives, and capers, finished with lemon and basil. A light coating of flour totally transforms the chicken. Notorious for being dry and bland, the chicken breast in this dish is instead moist and perfectly browned, its seared exterior giving way to impeccably tender meat. The chicken is sauteed in olive oil and a touch of butter for two minutes on each side so it's caramelized and rich in flavor, then set aside.

New Buttermilk Chicken Strips From McDonald's Sound Seriously Delicious

New Buttermilk Chicken Strips From McDonald's Sound Seriously Delicious New Buttermilk Chicken Strips From McDonald's Sound Seriously DeliciousNow that I'm older, my tastes are a little more refined (though I'm still known to indulge in Chicken McNuggets on a semi-regular basis, because, let's face it, they're delish). That's why I'm so excited to try McDonalds' new Buttermilk Crispy Tenders, the fried chicken option I've been waiting for.

One blogger said this actually isn’t the first time McDonald ’ s has dabbled with chicken tenders , as back since 2002 they had their popular Chicken Selects, which were phased out in 2013.

When McDonald ' s debuted their buttermilk crispy chicken tenders back in September, they had no idea just how popular they would be . Turns out the buttermilk-battered chicken strips were such a fan-favorite they ' ve completely sold out .

This Is Why McDonald’s Chicken Nuggets Always Come in One of Four Shapes .
From the secret ingredient that makes their fries so good to the one drink you should never order, McDonald’s food holds plenty of secrets, and McNuggets are no exception. Don’t worry though, it’s not some freaky chicken conspiracy. It’s the result of a carefully planned process that occurs in McDonald’s factories. A Business Insider video, using footage from a McDonald’s factory in Canada, offers an inside look into nugget production. Before it goes to the fryer, the ground chicken breast meat that will become McNuggets goes through a “rolling cookie cutter” machine. The cutter ensures that the nuggets-to-be are all the same width and one of four shapes.
