Say what you want about grown men on Razor scooters...we're (dare we?) über excited about the newest announcement from the ride-sharing app.

In partnership with Lime, the makers of electric dockless scooters, Uber will soon allow app users to select the alternate form of transportation (see ya, talkative Uber driver) right within their Uber app. Currently, the scooters can cover up to 20 miles of ground at speeds of up to about 15 mph. They cost $1 to unlock, and 15 cents per minute to ride, according to Lime (which really beats the $10 Uber we took 8 blocks this morning...that's for sure).

The announcement comes after Uber's $355 million investment in the scooter-share company, which is currently available in 70 cities across the U.S. including Austin, San Diego, D.C., L.A. and Chicago.

No word yet on the official launch date, but better start bringing that bike helmet with you to work just in case.
