In case you missed the news, Rick Grimes is all but certain to be written out, as numerous reports have leaked that Andrew Lincoln will only be appearing in six more episodes.

Rick being the protagonist, it's not surprising that some fans would consider giving up on the AMC drama. But what may surprise you is how many.

And one of the results showed that 44% (out of nearly 900 respondents) would not continue watching after Lincoln's final scene.

Nearly 37% were undecided, while only 18% said that they would definitely keep watching.

Elsewhere, 72% think The Walking Dead should end after season 9.
