"This is what I love to do," Manning said on WFAN, according to Tom Rock of Newsday. "I love playing football, I love playing quarterback, and I want to continue to do it for the Giants. This is the only team I ever wanted to play for and I don't want to change. I do understand how this season has gone and new people (are) coming in. If they want to make a change, then we'll go down that road.

REGINA — The Saskatchewan Roughriders have released veteran quarterback Kevin Glenn , the team announced Thursday. Kevin Glenn started 17 regular season games and two playoff games for the Riders in 2017 (The Canadian Press).

On January 23, 2017, the Roughriders announced the signing of quarterback Kevin Glenn , who was released by the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on January 6. This will be Glenn 's third stint with the Roughriders .

On Wednesday, The Riders traded for quarterback Zach Collaros from the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in exchange for a second-round draft pick.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders have released quarterback Kevin Glenn . The release was announced Thursday morning, a day after the Riders acquired QB Zach Collaros from the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders cleaned out their lockers on Monday after having been eliminated from the CFL playoffs by the Toronto Argonauts.

The Roughriders previously announced the signing of Canadian quarterback Brandon Bridge to a one-year contract extension through the 2018 season. Bridge and Kevin Glenn split passing duties during the 2017 season.

The Riders are currently without a quarterback coach after the B.C. Lions hired Jarious Jackson as the team’s offensive co-ordinator and quarterbacks coach.

Glenn enjoyed one of his finest statistical campaigns in 2017, compiling a quarterback rating of 100.0 (67.9 completion percentage, 4,038 passing yards, 25 touchdowns and 14 interceptions). He was also durable, missing just one start with a hand injury that may have hampered him for an extended period.

Glenn, 38, has never played for a league championship in his 17-year career. He was in his third stint as a Rider, having previously played for the team in the 2001-2003 and 2015 seasons.

Glenn has played for the Riders, Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Hamilton Tiger-Cats, Calgary Stampeders, BC Lions and Montreal Alouettes.
