There are few things in life more exciting than catching a baseball at a Major League Baseball game. I'm fairly confident in that claim.

Fans will go to great lengths and risk expulsion from their $100 seats if the effort yields a $23 baseball. Some of these moments of pure baseball-fueled jubilation are more graceful than others. Few, however, will call this effort from a Rays fan during Monday's game graceful.

One fan, though, went for it. With no hesitation, the fan lunged for the ball and fell over the wall, face-planting onto the turf.

As the Rays broadcast would later show, he just may not have kept his seat for much longer.
