Apple’s WWDC 2018: Here’s what to expect

Apple’s WWDC 2018: Here’s what to expect Wondering what to expect at Apple’s WWDC event later today? Let’s start with the most obvious stuff first. iOS 12 is expected to be announced today, but it’s mostly going to bring stability and performance improvements, some health and parental control features, a revamped iBooks experience for reading ebooks, and some ways to cut down on how much time you spend on your phone.

A little over 10 years ago when the first GSM networks rolled out their services, life and living in Nigeria took on a new meaning. There was great exhilaration that people could now talk with each other, irrespective of the distance, courtesy of the GSM telephone handsets.

Think you know a lot about technology? Just try remembering when these gadgets were originally released to the world. You 're the person everyone — friends, family, co-workers — seeks out for advice on what phone to buy or how to set up their new printer.

Oppo’s Find X takes a radical approach to killing the notch .
While a number of Android phone brands have embraced the notch at the top of their device screens, a couple of them are bucking the trend with innovative approaches to creating a bezel-less front fascia without ditching the selfie camera. The 6.42-inch AMOLED display doesn’t have a cutout on its screen; instead, a front camera module slides up from the top of the device whenever you invoke selfie mode or use its face recognition feature for unlocking the device.
